They call and inform you that you have a payment to be made, and often leave a contact number, then send you through an automated system which asks for your SSN, date of birth, and credit card information. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THIS COMPANY! Hopefully this helps some people with the confusing calls, and saves them from identity theft..
