Do not answer this call.  As you soon as you answer, the recording, which sounds live will say 'can you hear me', you of course say yes and they get into you winning Disney cruise / tickets, etc.  Judging by the scamming I've just read, it sounds like this is one to solicit a recorded 'yes' out of someone.
