Got 48 calls from this number in 30 minutes. It is a Texas number, but the foreign man on the line said his name was "Mike Peterson" and he was calling from the Pennsylvania courthouse (no city specified). I applied for a payday loan online a while back and am pretty sure my information was sold to this third-party scammer.
Received a call today from Alexander Turner, asking to speak to one of my co-workers. When I told him she did not work out of the office, but I would pass along his number so she could call him, he started demanding to speak to her. He then got quite abusive and when I tried to speak over him, he told me to "shut my mouth"...he proceeded to call the office all day long and tied up the lines for hours. We eventually called the police. The police called Alexander"Turner", he told the officer that he needed my co-worker to call him and if she didn't want to do what he wanted, he would proceed to the next step (the co-worker already had spoken to him) After about an hour, Alex called back asking to speak to the police officer. When I explained that the officer had left, he again demanded to speak to the co-worker, who was not in the office. The phone calls started again. I have traced a number of these calls (as per instructions from my phone company) and the police will be notified and will receive a record of these calls. They will proceed with this. These people are not a legit company obviously. They are thugs. Just read all the emails! I hope no one gives them any money, they are quite evil.
