I got a call from this number (210-249-0542) today and ended up being a scammer from India. Be careful and don't provide them with any of your information. Don't give them access to your computer either.
I too live in Cincinnati and received a call from this number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize...so of course - no message was left.
I got one today and there was a long pause after I answered and then someone with a foreign accent saying he was calling from the technical dept of microsoft. I said no thank you and hung up.

Novatel's number is 210-249-0540 they spoofed a legitimate business by changing the last digit from 0 to 2. Must be some sort of criminal. Glad I missed this call while I was out now all of area 210 gets to be blocked.
