I've been recieving the same call once a week for several weeks. The woman states she is calling from the California State Business Development Office and needs to know whether we will be moving.
Called my work. The phone rang, I picked up... no one was there but as I was picking it up, I heard a ringing, as if I was calling them. So clearly no one was there and I hung up. Right after, the phone rang again. The girl said she was calling from the "Ontario Business Development Office" or something like that and she asked to speak to a supervisor. I just said no one was available; she asked when it's a better time to call back. Then asked me the "question" anyways. "Do you think you will be moving this year or next year"? What?!?!?!?

"Vince" called today purporting to be from "The State of [My Company Location] Business Office" and started asking questions... I ignored his questions and asked them if they actually represented the state and if they had a number I could call them back at... they whined loudly ("Ok, fine!") and hung up on me.
