Got a call from this number.  The phone read out said, "HC Pain".  When I answered a guy with an Indian or Pakistani accent said he was from Microsoft and there was something wrong with my computer.  Fortunately, I had talked to "Peter" before and knew this was a SCAM.

I said I could barely hear him (which was true) and asked for him to speak louder.  At that point he hung up on me.

New number but same old scam.
