I just got a call from these ppl the other day, they have all of my information and this is a legitimate debt, but i dont know what to do. I rather pay them and try to fix this debt than go to court, hopefully this works out.
Suzy sounds like an employee from this FDCPA law breaking company. Don't be fooled... Know your rights. Even though you owe a debt that does not mean they can practice unlawful tactics to scare you into paying. This crap about filing a restraining order is b.s.

Do NOT give them any information! They are a scam company...identity thieves use this time of year so they can steal your information for the holidays!!! Be careful!!!
I just received a message on my voicemail from these guys and it went exactly as everyone else said. There was a 'complaint' filed and there was a 'restraining order' and either me or my attorney must call within 24-48 hours. He wished me 'good luck' as well. I'm thankful for the comments above or I probably would have fallen for it. Thanks :)
