Some woman in a call center that sounded Indian. She said she was from some diabetic research place or something along those lines and then asked if anyone in the household was diabetic. When I said no, she never responded, yet the line stayed active for another 30 seconds...this was the fourth time before 2:30 they had called, so i finally answered.
I got a call from this number today. I did not answer it...they left no message...later, I tried calling it back and got a recording it has been disconnected...looked it up on the net and found all of the remarks about it...GEEZ!!! wish these folks would find something better to do with their time!!!
If your # is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY how can they continue to call? This is beyond annoying. X calls in X days on my cell #, didn't answer, they left no voice mail. My rule is if I don't recognize the # I won't call back. I don't want to incur charges on my telephone that I don' want or can't afford.
Received a call from this number and my wife picked it up. They asked for me and when my wife asked who was calling the lady said her name was Alicia and that I was expecting the call but would not say what it was about. When my wife tried to get a message to give to me they asked for a better number and then hung up. Seen the number a few times calling me but since i do not recognize the number i never answered it i think i will next time.
They called me up and offer some shady investment plan claiming to have inside information. A whole lot of crap. Goes by the name of John Williams. Sounded like an Aussie.
Missed their call early this morning. Calling back not possible.
Reading through all your reports it reminds me of call center people trying to sell what ever...... They work with automated dailing. The computer calls 20 numbers the same time and whoever picks up first is their victim. All who are too slow have a missed call. It is really hard to get off their list again, especially if they hang up quickly.
