When you get a call from them hit *57 as soon as you hang up. That will activate call trace. If you report the number 7 times ina 1 week period your phone company will report the number to your local police.
Go to www.ftc.gov and fill out the online complaint form. Ispoke to a very nice lady when I called and she told me when they get a bulk of complaints in a short period of time it is turned over to the justice dept for investigation.
Funny thing is most the complaints on here say that it is for lowering your credit card payments or consolidating and i do not and have never owned a credit card so they are barking up the wrong tree with me. Gotta love the idiotic callers that spend their day harassing others, such a sad pathetic life they must lead.
