A man called from this number asking for someone and i asked him who he was and he didn't want to say. He made a threat against me. These people want to cause harm.
It was an individual, claiming to be a collections agency, calling on behalf of the University Health System. I had already provided my information to the hospital, so I really don't know why he's calling. He claimed that because the insurance information hadn't been received within the 90 day time span that I would more than likely be responsible for the charges on my own. Needless to say, I refused to agree with that. Why should I be held responsible for the hospital and the collection agency's failure to file their findings accordingly?
I READ TO CALL THIS NUMBER TO GET THEM TO STOP CALLING SO I CALLED 1-800-929-6088 AND SPOKE TO SUSIE. I SAID THIS NUMBER IS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST ALSO AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THEIR AUTOMATIC DIALER.
This is a collection company for medical. They use an outdated IVR system, when you press any key to speak with a rep, the system does not do anything. If you call them back at the 210.293.5933 number, the people there are rude and do not listen to you and start harassing you telling you they will contact the credit bureau if you don't pay it. I complaint about that and he indicated that they can do whatever they want to collect the money.....
