Received call on Sunday. No voice nobody speaks. Either they are (1) Setting up a burglary by seeing if anyone is home; or (2) they're getting sick pleasure from harassing the public.

Or it is what is known as an abandoned call where more calls are made and answered by potential victims then there are available con men/women.
