Chronic calls to my cell phone, two rings and a hang up. When I try to call the number it says "Not in Service.

Same thing, two rings then hangs up. If you call back there is a distinctive telemarketer sound. (Lots of voices talking in background but will not state business)
Keeps calling and calling, never leaves a message. I never picked up so I don't know who it is but everything I read about the number points to a telemarketer. If they're trying to sell something I don't understand why they hang up (I keep reading over and over that they hang up).
