Person called from caller ID 321-369-9092, claiming to be from 'Bryant and Associates' and left a message asking for a callback at 210-319-4919. Claimed someone had used my name and SSN - but they left the message for someone else, not me - a creative scam!

Stated it was the audit department and it need to be taken care of immediately. I have never heard of the audit department contacting with a message before transferring you. I got a message yesterday saying it was Bryant and Associates.
I received the same message as Same Thing, a female voice recording stating they were the "audit department" (never mentioned a company name, however)...said something about an audit that needs to be completed in their office immediately and something about my name coming up and a statement being needed? Not sure what their scam is, but I know my credit is clean and I have no tax issues so there is most certainly no "audit" associated with my name.
