Just received my third call from this number. I do the survey, then answer "No" to the trip. Recorded voice then says, "Sorry to have bothered you," and disconnects.
I get telemarketing calls at least once a day on my cell phone. It aggravates me to no end. Yes, I got a call from 210-319-5064 and they left no message so I blocked them. My standard rule of thumb is that if I do not recognize the number, especially when it is out of my area code, I let it go to voice mail. Only "real" people will leave a voice message and that almost never happens. I am a marketing professor and the only way these people could possibly make money is to call many millions of people. For example .01% of people who see banner ads on the internet click on those ads. The response level to these telemarketers has to be much worse, unless they prey on the poor or the elderly.
Received a call from this number and since my bank is headquartered in San Antonio I answered the call. Robovoice letting me know I won a free cruise. Now the number is blocked.
