Asks for me, If the response is not, "yes it is", he would hang up with no information. Called multiple time and when I asked to speak with his manager, he hung up. After over half an hour of calling him back, he answered and told me who he was with, but not his name. I was able to get another number from the web and called. Spoke with the person that was suppose to be the manager and was told not only would that person would not be calling anymore. The manager also stated that he would call me tomorrow and have everything he could find on my disputed debt and would help me get all the paperwork in order and where to send it to resolve this issue. If this works, it will be the end of a 6 year fight through 4 different collection agencies. Hope, but not holding my breath.
