Caller ID came up as "Bexar County of".  Yet another computer voice leaving message from 'Credit Card Services' that they have been 'monitoring' my payments for the past 6 months and I qualify for 0% interest on ALL of my credit cards. Within the past 45 days I have gotten this exact same voice mail from the following numbers:  815-962-5314 (caller ID: Lee Carolyn); 973-206-5314 (caller ID: Morristown NJ) ; and 512-275-5314 (caller ID: CSC FSG).
