Sounded like a recording. Woman claiming to be Amanda wanting to get us to have "free" solar panels installed. Hung up on her, then a few minutes another call from the same person, but from 210-865-5647 that CID showed Wells Fargo Bank with the same voice, name and message. Hung up on her again. Obviously all the numbers they use are spoofed because the first one used a different name from what showed on CID.
