Called my work number and said they were with the fraud division.  Did not said fraud division of what, where or who?  No name other than 'fraud division'?  Gave the number 210-390-0071 as a call back number??  Very loud obnoxious caller.

Received call on cell phone from 210-390-0071from Fraud division.  I take call is fraud?

Had the same type of call on 02/13/14:  Fraud Division.
