Unsolicited spam call. In the most charitable view, this caller is targeting strangers, hoping to get a commission/kick-back for brokering payments between the debtor and creditor/lending institution. In the most negative view, this caller is targeting strangers by appealing to a student debt cover story -- the goal is to collect personal information, bank account info., etc., and commit fraud, identity theft, etc. Bottom line, if you didn't initiate this call, then they haven't been vetted as trustworthy -- no reason to call back.
Recorded Message: "Hi, thank you for returning our call.
