I received a phone from a man with a heavy accent, a Mr. Thomas, claiming to be with the Winners International Club and that I had won 1.5 million dollars and a brand new 2012 Mercedes car. He said he would call me back in one hour because was going to finalize all the paper work, and withdraw the money from the bank. He did call me back congradulating me on the win and what I could do with the money. He said the taxes had been paid and that all I need to do was go to my bank and take out $599.00 which was another portion of the taxes. I was to mail the $599.00 dollars to a named person and address they would let me know by phone. I told him I not have money in any bank, so they could just take it out of the 1.5 million dollars I had won and told me they could not touch that money. They would not let me have the 1.5 million or the 2012 Mercedes car that I had already won. Hung up. By the way the same man had called me months ago and I hung up on him.
