210 430 0000 is some company associated with BOR It is a scam. Look at Rip off Report.com They call and threaten you saying they have papers to serve and try to get credit card info and your address etc.
They threaten to call your family members and your job and get very rude. They refuse to give you any information about BOR or what the "claim" is about or what BOR stands for. The number they tell you to call is an 844 number. One is 844-647-7510
I could never get anyone to answer when I call. But every site I have looked up infomation of BOR and these phone numbers contain report after report of scam.
