Had a number of strange calls from this number, either they where talking in the background in what appeared to be Japanese or there was music. This is indicative of a telemarketing call, though it appears to be from a local cellphone. Because the one time I picked up they ignored me for their conversation I have no clue who they are, it might be five accidental butt dials from a number I don't know, but what's the chances?
