I received a call from this 210 496 2323. An automated voice informed me that my debit card was being deactivated and that I needed to press 1 to reactivate my card. It then asked me to enter my debit card number at which time I hung up. I immediately called my bank to verify that they had not called me and that it was a scam. They, in fact, informed me that they didn't call and that they would never ask me for that information since they have it. I called the 210 496 2323 number back and an automated voice picked up saying "You've reached Stephanie the weekend employee coordinator, please leave a message". I looked the number up on the internet and it appears to belong to MedTrust, located in Texas.
