This is a very rude person. He says his name is Officer Austin and he is going to supeona me at my work and my home and I will need to go to court next week because I owe money to cashnet and have ignored their emails. I have never recieved a payday loan from this cashnet and have no idea what they are trying to pull. Beware!!!!!!
These people are crazy! They somehow have my info and stated that I had to go to court because I owe money on a payday loan. They are very rude and called my phone nonstop while I was in school. When I told them I was calling the cops, they hung up on me! Classic scammers!
This man is very rude and harassing. He threatened a lawsuit if I didn't pay the amount to make it go away (pay 1/3 of the so-called loan or a lawsuit at like 6X the amount I had inquired about a pay-day loan - WHICH I NEVER GOT). He then threatened those that I put down as a reference with the same thing. When I told him NO WAY - he abruptly told me to be home tomorrow between 2 and 3 PM to receive the summons, never answered my question as to where this "court date" would be held and hung up. Boy - people are shady.
He speaks very poor english. Struggles with words, is very rude, and when i told him to give me his supervisors # since is an officer, he hung up...I guess he was offended or something. The next time he called, I told him my father was an officer and can speak to his senior directly. He got scared and hung up. Dont GIVE THEM ANY INFO!
These same peope left a threating voicemail on my phone but since I know I don't owe them, I am just ignoring it but wanted to report it. It is obviously a scam!
