RECEIVED CALLS FROM NUMBER, PERSON SAID HE WAS FROM MICROSOFT WINDOWS. THINGS DID NOT SOUND RIGHT, SO I HUNG-UP THE PHONE. I CALLED SAME NUMBER , AND A RECORD MESSAGE SAID ( N0 LONGER IN SERVICE OR OUT OF ORDER. CALLING A SECOND TIME: SAME THING.
