Phone rang 4 times last night in less than 35 minutes; last call at 7:35 pm.
First call: 'Out of Area' caller ID although it was local area code; I picked phone up then hung it up.
Second call: Caller said she was 'Janie' and was calling about a buyers club. I told her I wasn't interested.
Third call: Caller said she was 'Joyce' to which I said, 'Take me off your calling list.'
Fourth call: Caller said she was 'Joyce' and I told her to give me her supervisor. I told him was calling our local DA's office to complain and he said, 'We have several things we sell, I didn't know we called you.'
My worry is SA is new 'hub for scammers' calling from overseas.
Answered because it was San Antonio code and have some family from there. The person on the other end sounded Indian or Sri Lankan and asked my nationality. I told her I am not answering any questions and hung up.
