I received a call from this number and spoke to Joanne Hart, stating I needed to call her back by 2 pm so she could tell me what county charges of fraud and others would be filed in and told me I had a bond of 6003.00. She said she was with the Office of Investigations Fraud & Economic Complaint Unit. Turns out this was a scam and will be reporting to the proper officials.

I got the same call above. Called my attorney and the same lady refused to speak to him. The Attorney General's office is working on filing charges against this lady and who ever she represents. It's scam!!!
I got a call from a person named Victoria Martinez from this same #. She said she was from the Fraud and complaints division This is the second time this person has called. The first time was about 9 months ago and I told her that the person she was looking for was dead. Obviously forgot because the same women called yesterday and said the same thing that my name was linked to the deceased person. When I called back and refused to answer any of her question until she told me exactly who she represented she hung up on me. When I Googled this number it brought up a house on Marquette Dr. in San Antonio, TX. , but no address that I could see. Google said this is a Nonfixed VOIP # What ever that means.
