Same thing is happening to me - lots of calls. I tell them to take me off the list (when they don't hang up on me when I answer), I call them back and leave a message telling me to take them off my list. I block the phone numbers and somehow they still get through and now I've used up all my blocked numbers I'm allowed. I reported them to AT&T - they claim they are AT&T, so I confirmed I was on their opt out list, I was - I reported to the do not call registry. No one can stop them.
Today they have already called 16 times, all before 6 p.m. I have their number blocked and have no intention of answering them, but the one ring before they are blocked is beyond annoying. I called back and left one message that I have reported their numbers to several authorities (which is true) and it would be wise to stop further calls. Before I blocked them, they did not leave a message. So, it's just a total waste of their time and mine.

caller ID for this number 210 560 0139 is (ATT SVC CNTR) What is the reason that these lowlife hackers cannot be stopped? Are they smarter than the phone companies? Is this not a case for the FBI?
These unwanted telephone calls are getting out of hand. Have started receiving calls from 210-560-0139, San Antonio, TX area, never leaves a message so know it is some sort of scam. WHY CAN'T THE TELEPHONE COMPANY STOP THESE PEOPLE? I bet if I was calling and harrasing people the phone company would disconnect me. Reporting them on the "do not call" list does not help. What is a person to do? I pay for my telephone to use when and how I want not for these low lifes to use!!!
