left message stating they are from tacs a collection agency and would tell me on behalf of who until I verified personal information I told them good luck with next person. I am not giving you any of my personal information as your company does not even come up on web. Told me that I can think whatever and not scam and they would be in touch. I said look forward and they hung up.
These people claim I took a payday loan out from Manhattan bank but yet I live in Phoenix, AZ. It's a HUGE SCAM do not give into their b.s Tell them you will turn them into the FBI
They call me, my husband, my work, and my stepson multiple times a day. Refuse to give me a physical address-which is reequired by law. Tells me that this is from a payday loan from 2011. Well past the statute of limitations, but they tell me that they don't have to abide by that. This is a scam-pure and simple. Aside from the fact that I never had a checking account with the bank they mentioned, they are breaking every law in the book. BTW, I have started calling them back with a variation of their message-"This message is for G.A.C.S. If this is not GACS, please hang up now and disregard this message. My home office is processing a claim against you. Please call 1-800-EAT-[***]. Thank you and have a great day!"
