SCAM - John D. O'Brian senior, calling to schedule immediate process of service, but states I have a right to have an attorney present. For service? I am no idiot, moron!

SCAM- Saying they are with the 12th District ...tells me I can speak with their paralegal, but once I stated I will contact a lawyer he hung up

New wrinkle: "Mr O'Brien" is now with the 'Check Fraud Division' and chasing up "known associate" of Stacy Smith. Has fake "file #", et al.

This Mr. O'Brien called me last night. Almost had me!! I do owe a past bill from a cash money loan place from 2 years ago. Stated to me that there was a warrent being issued for my arrest if I didnt send 680$ through Money gram service. I was almost hooked!! Then I started to realize. Okay the number he called from is from Texas, he wants me to wire the money to Atlanta, GA. This man new where I had a bank account, where I did the payday loan I defaulted on. And seemed to know EVERYTHING about me!!
Actually it is scary that he seemed to know so much about me and my business!! SCAM!! I contacted the Check Fraud division at our county sherriff office. I am waiting to hear back from them but I am NOT sending my last 700$ to this guy!
