As he was talking he did say they had sent this request to the payroll department and if that is case why are they sending to me. They say they represent Cash Net Payday Loan. Was demanding payment on a debit card or credit card today or else I will get arrested today. Told him I don't get paid until next month, he said to borrow the money and pay. Had to put him on hold cause he said nobody calls him back, they he calls me back from (614) 586-9393 because I never got back to him, I told him I was busy, work for a government agency, he said to go ahead and call him back to this number in Texas (210) 591-1997. Last week I was getting calls all day long from(614) 586-9393.

they called saying a owe a bounced check which i do but he would only take payment over the phone.......that seems strange to me. He said he was with PA Enforcement I think its a scam! Id rather go to jail and pay a lawyer than take a chance and give his [***] a penny out of my account
This # just called me (210) 591-1997. A recorded message said to call back 866-531-6617 for International Arbitration Services regarding a claim against me. I'm not calling them back. They can send me something in the mail if they have a claim against me.
just got a call about a civil complaint form 210-591-1997 as soon as the recording came on i hung up this is my work number and i have been getting calls for over a year on someone coming to serve me paper work at work or home and they still cant come do anything... they dont even ask for anyone just recording always i usually let it go to voicemail.
