These people called me to fix my old computer that had unsupported Windows XP. They promised to update it to
Windows Vista, and I stupidly allow access via the internet. When I got home, they totally removed ALL of my sequrity
essentials, did not give me a new operating system, and left me with a malware tool that I had to run manually. I bought
a new computer.
Now, they call me up about two or three times a month saying they are Windows support. I am seriously going to report
them to the FTC. They tried to rip me off for over $500. Their payments were going to Kolkata, India!!!.
These people are nothing more than con artists. My bank investigate and withdrew the to payments they charged a
