Who called from 2105933226

I do not recognize this number whatsoever!   Another phone call that just came in that i do not recognize as well is (210) 503-0240. It just rang with this telephone 4 minutes ago...

Did not know this number. When I called it.message was they were not taking calls at this time. I blocked it

I got this phone call like 2 times a day..
But I don't answer it.. Also I text "Who this?" No response.. So I blocked it..

Called back to back. No vm message left.

Says it's Joe from the "Gifting Department" and "Can I hear him ok?" Probably one of those "say Yes" scams.
