I just got a two ringer from this number

Called on my cell phone.  Did not answer since did not recognize the number.

210-626-9511 just called my cell, didn't answer but decided to call back from work land line. A recording stating they are Rewards redemption and since I just recently visited one of their sites I was entitled to a $100 gift card. Well isn't that special, since I have not visited any sites and I did not call back on the phone number they had initially called, how did they know it was me??
