well this number Called askin to speak with me. once i stated it was i Mrs. Hernandez stated very quickly "U owe Northwest Vista College a balance How will u be payin that amount today?" i said "i am aware that i have a..." and she cut me off again instantly askin "how much WILL u be payin today?" i stated i will not be able to pay any amount today. she then cut me off once again by stating "WELL DO U WORK?" i said "No i do not. What does that have anything to do with this phone call?" she then stated very agressively "WELL WHAT R U DOIN HOME, IF I WERE UNEMPLOYEED ID BE LOOKIN FOR A JOB AND NOT BE ASLEEP". I said "EXCUSE ME? WHO IS THIS?" She then said "HAD U BEEN PAYIN ATTN THE FIRST TIME U WOULDA HEARD MY NAME!" i then attempted to ask for more info, for this was the VERY first time i had spoken to ANYONE about this debt collection. This lady began harassing me by saying "WELL ID PROB FIRE U TOO IF U WERE STILL SLEEPIN AT THIS TIME" i then said "WHO R U TO BE JUDGING ME BASED ON MY WHAT I OWE THE SCHOOL? I AM CLEARLY AWARE OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATIONS AND HOW DARE U SPEAK TO ME IN THIS TONE" I asked for her name once again and the name of the business. she refused by saying "GO BACK TO SLEEP... AGAIN!!! I'LL BE CALLIN U TOMORROW!!" Then Hung up.
I called the number listed on my caller ID, another voice answered. i asked where i was callin and who was i speakin too. the voice stated "LORI BANKS FROM COLLECTION CONCEPTS." she asked if i was returning a missed call. i said "AS A MATTER OF FACT IM CALLIN TO FIND OUT WHO JUS CALLED ME". she was un aware of the situation jus seconds before with MRS HERNANDEZ. she said "OH I SEE SHE WAS CALLIN U CUZ U OWE VISTA MONEY AND SHES CALLIN TO COLLECT" i said i understand that but i wanna know y she was extremely rude. mrs banks said "WELL ITS PROB CUZ U OWE US MONEY... U THINK" i said "WOW, I WILL NOT BE TALKED DOWN TO, GET ME A MANAGER." mrs banks said "I AM THE MANAGER WHAT IS UR PROBLEM WITH NOT PAYIN WHAT U PROMISED TO PAY?" i said i have no prob other than being awoke by the rude call i received at 830am. She then began to question me if i had a job, i said no. she said "HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN?" i said 2 months and y is that any of her concern. she said "WELL FIND A JOB AND PAY US OUR MONEY." i then asked for the name of the company and address. she was very rude by stating "JUS GIVE US OUR MONEY" I finally got her to tell me:
