Got a call from this number this morning. Didn't answer as I googled and read the messages here while it was ringing. I must have over 300 blocked numbers on my phone now.

They called cell phone, left no message, and it's reported here that it's a scam, so I shall block. Even without having the report, callers who don't leave messages are rude!
