I have received ph calls from 210-862-5990 and 210-969-9109 same person Alana Grey Texas Litigations Services saying there is a case pending on me, and its in my best interest to call them back, is this a scam
I keep receicing calls from this number saying that it is litigation services and there is a case pending against me. I sent them money in July. Is this a scam? The woman is Alana Grey.
Called and asked if I knew someone, hat they had listed me as a co signer. I asked why they were calling me, they stated that I would be supenied when the other person was supenied an would have to go to court. I to them I would have my attorney contact them.
It's a ruse to get you excited for a bogus debt and reveal personal and financial info. None of what they're threatening you with is issued via phone, or emails. Ignoring the call works good for making them mad. The call most likely is a load of hogwash.
