I received a call from 2107626849 stating that were from API (Affidavit Processing Investigation) and that I'd taken out a payday loan from Advance LLC. I've never had a payday loan with "Advance" and never banked with the institution where they said the funds were supposedly deposited. The scary thing is that they had my name, social security number and former address. I will be putting an alert on my credit report.
When an Electronic Check is used to Draft your Account and its returned as NSF its a Worthless Check.Terms and conditions of the loan state that the lending institution will press charges in regards to the electronic check.So in a nutshell the institution has the right to proceed against you....
