Scam, they say they can give you a cash loan for no less then $700, no papers to sign just give them your bank info ...don't do it, don't call back. Person on otherend of line was from another country and I couldn't understand the company name they used. "Something" Cash
Read this:
"It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."
