I just received a call from a guy didn't give a name but left a number of 210-764-9801 and said to contact James Montgomery also left a case Id number, Also mentioned I could be in some serious trouble about a home I have in my name. Which I don't. KC did you call back if so did the info sound familiar.
Area residents have gotten several calls from this number claiming that the would-be target has a "claim" against his or her property. The calls are threatening calls, the would-be victim is given 24 hours to respond, and then the caller trails off into mumbles.
I got a voice mail message from this number regarding claims on a couple of addresses "in my name" and was given the same time to respond back or decision will be made for me. Funny thing is, those addresses are for apartment complexes that I no longer live at. I am sure my landlord would just LOVE to deal with these guys ha ha.
I received a call from someone Named Matthew (blocked number) stating he wanted to serve me legal papers at my place of business and gave me this number & the name of James Montgomery. He said I could call this James person to see what the legal papers were about. I haven't called & probably won't. He also said he didn't have a residence address to serve me at.

I received a call from this same person and to me to call 210-764-9801.i called and got a answering machine and received a call back the next day stating that i was being taken to court by something i didnt even know about. And also was told that they tried ti serve me papers but there was no one at this address. Then he threatened me stating they were gonna garnish my wages. I hung up on him and the next they call im going to the police
