they keep caling me. i called back 4 times and everytime someone answered they just hung right up ..i said yes i got a call from this number right after i said that they hung up...
Medical bill collector indeed! Rude and no professionalism! Tried telling me how to "deal" with this account and how I am accountable. However, I am not the responsible party for the account my son's father is. After I tried explaining to him that I am not the responsible party or the insurance holder, he raised his voice and told me that the call is being recorded for "quality assurance". What is the point of filling out paperwork and asking for billing/responsible party information if they are not going to use that information.
