For 3 months now I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from 210-807-3876 (San Antonio, TX area code) and 916-478-6702 (Sacramento, CA) both claiming to be either the law office of Michael K. Sipes, or The Law Offices of Andrea Shearer. Both numbers claim to be looking for a David De Los Santos, both numbers have claimed to have been from both those law offices at different times - always asking for the same person though. I've told them at least 8 times now that they have the wrong number. Nobody ever responds when I tell them this & they just hang up.
