Called asking for someone not associated with phone number in over 13 years. Cold call. Possible collection agent. Internet search referred to Western Asset Management. 2d time I've gotten call from these jerks.
I received a call from that number on 3/24/2017 at 4:31 PM and a man's voice told me to wait, because their representatives are busy right now. I hang up the phone. I don't have any idea why they are calling, but consider the call a disturbance, so I am reporting it.
