Received a call from (210) 888-8301 on March 17, 2016, Caller ID: SSI; it rang through to answering machine but no message left. Previously, received a call from (210) 239-1194 on March 14, 2016, Caller ID: SSI; it rang through to answering machine but no message left.
I WIN!!!! caller id: SSI 210 888 8301. Caller said his name and company name, but the call center background sound was so loud! I asked him if he could adjust his telephone levels. Then I asked him to repeat his name and company name: Devon Ashwood, CNS Research. He wanted to speak to the person in charge of the computers. When I asked the purpose of his call, he said that he was calling to conduct a national survey. I asked who had commissioned the survey and he repeated the name of CNS Research. I asked if a university or some other institution had commissioned the study, but he ignored me. He hung up when I asked for the address. When the telemarketer hangs up on me: I WIN!
It was almost impossible to understand the caller because of her accent and high-pitched voice. Had to ask her to repeat everything she said - several times. She finally gave up on being transferred to the IT manager, said she will call back later and hung up.
