Who called from 2108921823

They called me at 8:50pm on Tuesday night on my cell phone and did not leave a message.

They called me at 8:04 and began a recording speaking in a different language (I think it was spanish). I did some research and found the area code to be in a small part of texas though.

The area code is from New Jersey, I got a call saying saying "This prize is for Telus customers only, Press 1 to receive your prize" with an automated voice.

This has scam written all over it.

I got the exact same message from the same number I had the same feeling about it being a scam. I wonder whether it is?
