Called my phone 3 times every other day no message

Annoying caller nerver stop calling. Calls several times a day. Annoying and wish they would stop.

Called today and left no message.  Blocked them

I am up-to-date with bills, I assume my number was on a list of purchased numbers

this number comes in with a + before the number.   As a retired telecommunications manager      NEVER NEVER EVER answer any call with a + sign before the number.    Rule of thumb is have all numbers in your call list so you know who is calling.
