Caller ID only states San Antonio Tx..... which must stand for a city of San Antonio, Texas, but who knows who it really is or where the call came from. 210 is a San Antonio, Tx area code. They called and didn't leave a message for me, so they get blocked from calling me again.
Caller ID displayed as "Unknown Name", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and first encountered a robotic female greeting that said, "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent." There was a moment of silence. Then, I encountered a human male recording that said, "Hello and thank you for your call. We're sorry that no one is currently available to speak with you at this time. We are assisting other patrons, away from our desk, or may be currently closed. If you like to try again at another time, our offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 9pm EST. Our weekend hours are Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 7pm. At certain times of the year, we may remain open until 11pm EST. To speak directly to a customer service representative, please call back during these times. Your call is very important to us. In order to help us serve you better, we greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide. If you're calling to request that you be placed in our do-not-call list, please take a moment to leave a detailed message, along with your name, complete address, and phone number, with area code. Thank you very much." I then hung up.
The recording did not identified itself what organization or company it belonged to. Furthermore, it's odd that this entity would observe eastern standard time hours when the number belongs to a city that is located in the CENTRAL STANDARD TIME zone.

Called me on cell about an hour ago, unrecognizable number so of course I didn't answer; no doubt I miss so many prize notifications from Ed McMahon that way, right? Obviously some sort of scam/spam, more and more of them are using 210 area code to call me, hoping I'll sucker in and answer.
