Who called from 2131111111

They call several times a day. No one on the other end.

i am on the national do not call list so i don't know how they got my number

we are also on the do not call list, i think this is computer generated and would like to know if someone is just trying to see who is home and when. i googled the number and its not from the usa so i will no longer try to answer it because i'm afraid of getting charged on my phone bill for out of country charges, someone has to do something about how to make this stop!

I have had the sam problem with 213-111-1111
I got a real person after I waited on the line. That took about a minute.
The guy on the other end is selling HOME LOANS.  He said he was from
HOME LOAN SERVICES.  I listend to him for a few minutes, then I said I wasn't
interested and I hung up.  That didn't stop HOME LOAN SERVICES. They keep calling.  VERY FRUSTRATING!

I am getting a call at least once a day  -- no one is ever there  -- usually in the afternoon

It is very anoying
