This number calls with a nondescript threat that a "complaint has been filed against you".  Then they go ahead to give you another number to call , which is 1-877-203-9971.  They claim they have a lawsuit against you and also quote a fake file number!  Since when are lawsuits delivered over the phone?  They sound like scammers trying to blackmail recipients.  # blocked asap!
