It's a software program that pulls a little trick to make you think it's a real person, you say hello, then the lady says hello? then starts complaining that her headset wasn't working properly & then proceeds to launch into a robo-call shpiel about selling you some crap you don't want or need. Do yourself a favor, & hang up immediately, because it's a complete waste of time.
